Hose-connected gas springs

In this solution, several springs are connected to each other via a common hose system. All springs operate at identical pressure, which is controlled centrally. Lubrication is also carried out system-wide and evenly. This technology is suitable for tools with high cycle frequencies, high loads, and complex geometries.

This system connects several gas springs to a central pressure supply via a pipe system. All springs operate synchronously with identical nitrogen pressure and are controlled via a control valve.
